TRANSITIONAL AND LONG TERM CARE CENTER

PMH's licensed, 36-bed Transitional and Long-Term Care facility is staffed 24 hours a day, offering a safe, comfortable, and attentive environment. Patients benefit from on-site emergency and diagnostic services, as well as a full therapy program. Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay residents are welcome.
